[Palworld Diary] Base Location Recommendation – Island of Astra(Starry Sand Base)

It’s roughly around this spot — right next to the Dark Mutant (Blackie) boss.

I used to farm Starry Sand along the northwest coast of Astra Island, from about the 9 to 2 o’clock direction… but it was so so so so annoying that I started looking for a better method. Then I discovered there’s Starry Sand right next to the Dark Mutant boss, and decided to build a base there to automate everything!
Since the goal is to mine Starry Sand, I didn’t put anything on the ground

just the minimum infrastructure for the Pals:
•Palbox
•Feed Box
•Pal Beds

That’s it.
And for the base workers, I used Terranite.

I threw out a non-concentrated Terranite because I was in a hurry,

but honestly Terranite by itself already has:
•Gathering 3
•Mining 4
•Transporting 4

So it’s pretty much the best Pal for farming Starry Sand. Just don’t forget you need to give it the Nocturnal trait at the Pal Surgery Table so it can work at night.

I only deployed four of them, and after about two in-game days, I had already collected over 1,000 Starry Sand
