[Palworld Diary] Blazamut Ryu Raid(Normal)

작성일: 2025-12-06 · 카테고리: palworld

Last time I attempted the Blazamut Ryu raid, I got completely destroyed.
After looking into it, I found out that in Phase 1 you need a Water-type Pal, and in Phase 2 you need Xenogrif (Holy Explosion).

So I immediately jumped back into Pal breeding!

After grinding hard, I prepared the following:

Suzaku Aqua (Water-type)

  • Stats: 100 / 100 / 100
  • Passives: Legendary + Sea King + Cold-Blooded
  • Full Concentration

Shadowbeak (Dark-type)

  • Stats: 100 / 100 / 100
  • Passives: Legendary + Ghost + Diamond Body
  • Full Concentration
  • Skill: Holy Explosion

And on top of that, I also prepared Frostallion with full stats, passives, and skills.

Putting all of this together was honestly… exhausting. 🙁
It wasn’t just about getting the right stats and passives — I also had to secure the right skills for each Pal.

I couldn’t even finish all 20.
I think I barely managed around 10 Suzaku Aqua, 10 Shadowbeak, and 10 Frostallions?(I didn’t count exactly.)

I feel like I spent almost an entire week doing nothing but breeding.
I’ll write a separate post about Pal breeding later…

Before starting the raid, I had to raise every Pal I planned to use to level 60.

(Without changing the world settings, this would’ve taken forever,
so I set the EXP gain multiplier to the maximum in the world settings.
)

To level them quickly, I took one strong Pal and a bunch of low-level Pals, and repeatedly farmed tower bosses.

The day of the showdown.

Phase 1 lineup: Jormuntide ×3 (full concentration), Suzaku Aqua ×20 (full concentration), Neptilius ×2 (not concentrated)

Run !!

I placed Palboxes all over the place.
There’s no way to reach the central Palbox during the raid anyway.

My Pals held out well in the beginning,
but there was one problem I didn’t anticipate: hunger.

On the right side of the screen, I kept getting messages saying my Pals were hungry.
I completely forgot to feed them. And then they started dying one by one…

A lot of my Pals died(Jormuntide surprisingly lasted the longest), and as soon as Phase 2 started, I quickly swapped to Shadowbeak and Frostallion!

I did manage to beat it in the end, but it felt like my very last chance — I’d already gone through almost every Pal I had.

When I was celebrating, my friend said,
“There was an easier way. Why did you breed Suzaku Aqua? Just use Neptilius.”

It was something I never even considered…
I only used Suzaku Aqua because it’s a Water-type and easy to get, and completely forgot that I had already caught Neptilius long before.

Attempting it again — this time with Neptilius!

Neptilius wasn’t concentrated, and I only matched some simple passives for it(Tenant, Legendary, Cold-Blooded, Aggressive).

After raising it to level 60, I just fed it some stat-boosting food and sent it in.

I prepared 13 Neptilius and 4 Jormuntide.

Huh????

Huh???
Wait— what???

Not a single Neptilius died, and they were absolutely beating down Blazamut.

In the blink of an eye, Phase 2 began, and just to be safe, I quickly switched over to Shadowbeak.

The second attempt with Neptilius ended way too easily — I cleared it in just 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

Neptilius… you should’ve told me sooner.
Why did I even bother breeding Suzaku Aqua… sobs

Shadowbeak and Frostallion will be useful in other raids later anyway, so I guess breeding those wasn’t a total waste…
